Why Malta?
The archipelago of Malta is situated in the centre of the Mediterranean, surrounded by beautiful clean sea. The climate is very mild, whilst the people of Malta are renowned for their hospitality. Malta has a very rich history that goes back some 6000 years - proof of this are the Bronze Age temples you can still see today.
Malta also has very strong ties with the English Language going back to the year 1800 when the archipelago became a British protectorate. The majority of Maltese readily speak English, and together with Maltese, English is an official language of the country.
