Victims of crime in Malta are grossly under-researched. Research is thus deeply encouraged. To this effect, VSM is consistently willing to help researchers in their study endeavours. The library is part of this sustained commitment. Reseachers are allowed to make use of VSM's resources on condition that a copy of their final research will be placed at its lending library.
